With the supervision of the Marketing Director, duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Establish positive working relationships with property team with timely and thorough communication
Assist in planning and execution of on-going, weekly event series and other promotional events, coordinating details and needs with the property team, outside vendors and event partners. Act as on-site event coordinator for all events
Assist with digital marketing efforts including:
Assist with on-mall collateral and advertising production efforts
Organize and maintain tenant relations including frequent contact with tenants to assist with individual marketing campaigns, sales and promotions, as well as, encourage participation in center programming and PR efforts
Plan bi-annual marketing meetings for center retailers and restaurants
Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with area hotels, businesses, community groups and chambers
Complete administrative tasks including invoice processing, tracking and summarizing data points, monthly reporting, filing
Special research/marketing projects as assigned
Occasional travel using own transportation to off-site locations (day trips only) within the greater Denver Metro area
Self-Starter! Need someone who can take projects and work on them with guidance but does not need micro-level training.
Highly motivated to elevate the event experience and can take ownership of events.
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Well versed in social media platforms and tools. Understanding of general business guidelines and practices as it pertains to social media sites is a big plus.
Background in retail and/or events is a bonus, but not a requirement. The right candidate will enjoy exploring trends and trying new places.
Understanding of the basic principles of public relations and/or marketing.
Must have solid working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Individual, reliable transportation is required.
Familiarity with the greater Denver Metro region, especially the north Denver metro (Westminster, Thornton, Broomfield, Northglenn, etc.).
Reside in reasonably close proximity to Westminster, Colorado
